NWWI validated
Our property valuation reports are validated by the NWWI, which means they are accepted by all banks, courts, and the tax authorities. It requires experience and knowledge to prepare such a report perfectly. It’s good to know that we do about 400 of them a year and have a lot of experience in the housing market in your region.

- Standard NWWI property valuation report: €850,- incl VAT
- NWWI property valuation report for renovation: €950 incl VAT
- NWWI property valuation report in rented state: €1100,- incl VAT
- NWWI property valuation report in rented state + renovation: €1200,- incl VAT.
